Service Description
Árvore Real offers a platform for purchasing native trees with real planting, digital certificates, and public monitoring of growth.
Purchases
When you make a purchase, you are acquiring a digital asset that activates the planting of a native tree. Planting occurs within 30 days of purchase.
Guarantee
We guarantee replanting for 24 months if the sapling doesn't thrive. This guarantee is limited to one replanting per purchased unit.
Limitation of Liability
Árvore Real is not responsible for damages caused by external factors such as natural disasters, fires, or actions by third parties that may affect planted trees.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the website.
